Changing the travel date**

Before starting the trip, tickets can be changed, provided that the new trip corresponds to the same fare. The change of travel date must be made for all members of the booking.
It is not permitted to change the travel date on an unused ticket whose travel date has expired. The change of travel date is subject to availability based on occupancy at the time of the change.

Trip Cancellation*

Assistance in accordance with the Transportation Contract.

Passenger Refund

Fare 100% refundable only up to 24 hours after ticket issuance and only when the ticket is issued at least 3 days prior to the date of travel. If these conditions are not met, the refund is 90% of the ticket cost. For tickets costing €10 or less, €1 is retained.

After the date of travel, the passenger is not entitled to any refund. If the trip is canceled or changed by Atlânticoline, the passenger may request a full refund.
